The pools are great.

Upon our arrival, we encountered a considerable letdown. Despite having a guaranteed room reservation, the hotel claimed to have sold our rooms, forcing us to wait over 30 minutes for a resolution. While they eventually provided an upgrade for the remainder of our stay, the initial experience left a sour note on our vacation, affecting our overall enjoyment.

the room was absolutely falling apart with rust everywhere, and the AC was dripping all over. it’s just bewildering that I was not offered any kind of welcome gesture after my dreadful experience. couldn't they at least provide a complimentary drink? I couldn’t even eat at the fancy restaurants as they were always packed! just couldn't recommend.

The swim-up room was a game changer! Our kids loved the 24-hour room service, and the pools were stunning.

This place was awesome! Tons of fun activities, especially loved the casino night. The staff were super attentive—shoutout to Bernie for making our stay perfect! The food at the poolside snack bar was on point, especially the nachos. Only thing was the pool water felt kinda cold, but once the sun was out, it was fab!

Had an awesome time with friends! The six pools were great for chilling, and we enjoyed activities like yoga classes. The nightlife was fun, especially the adults-only bar. The staff was super helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Unfortunately, the food could've been better. The Mexican restaurant was a bit underwhelming, and some basic drinks lacked variety. It would be nice to have more non-alcoholic options available.

It was just a smart choice for spending a night in Puerto Morelos with value for price. The Italian restaurant had great food but room service was a bit slow.

The nearby village of Puerto Morelos was a delightful find, providing a nice escape with its dining and shopping scenes. However, the beachfront accessibility was limited. the space was narrow, piled with quite a bit of seaweed, making swimming less appealing.

During my stay, I was impressed by the peaceful atmosphere and the well-maintained grounds of the Palmar Beach Resort And Spa Riviera Maya. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring all my needs were met with kindness.

More shaded areas around the pool would be beneficial.
